 Situated in Westridge, the house backs onto a lake and preserve where you can watch the sunset from the lanai, see the herons come down to fish, peek at one of our local gators as he snoozes on the banks of the water or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this lovely setting. With a south facing pool you are guaranteed the maximum sunshine available here in sunny Florida, but there's also enough shade if you want to cool down a little. With 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins, Jasmine Villa can sleep 8, 10 if you count the sofa bed! Our twin rooms have been decorated in a "Princess Room" and "Mickey Room" themes to entertain the youngsters, not to mention the "Winnie the Pooh" Bathroom. Having 2 sitting areas the house has enough room for everyone to be able to lounge in comfort. The 2 Dining areas and a Breakfast Bar allow everyone to have breakfast at the same time and the open plan kitchen means that nobody has to be "Cinderella" shut away in another room. No queues either with 3 Bathrooms to choose from! The Home Theater system with 32" High Definition TV and DVD player has cable servce and is stocked with some of the latest DVDs for Children and Grown-ups and provides an entertaining night in. NEW FOR 2006 by popular demand we have converted the garage to a games area!!! We now have Pool, Air Hockey and Table Tennis tables and an electronic Dart board. . For those more athletic types there are 2 Bikes, 4 rackets and a stock of tennis balls together with a Soccer ball, Basketball and Volleyball to use at the local amenities, available exclusively for Residents and Guests of Westridge. Westridge is located on the US 27 just 6 minutes south of the 192 and 8 minutes north of the I-4 which gives it great access to Orlando's attractions, including all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World. This great access to the I-4 means that driving to the Gulf of Mexico Beaches or the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Center is extremely easy. There are a number of excellent Golf Courses in the area, including Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes and Greg Norman's all-new Champions Gate.
